A few days before my TV debut, I got an email from an intern at Good Day New York saying that she had been following my website and work online for a while, and when her producers asked her to find an artist in New York City to come onto the show, the first person she thought of was me. After showing her producers my work, they called me and asked me to come on to the show the following week. I was in shock and complete disbelief that something so amazing could fall into my lap like that!
I never imagined that, not only the work I have been doing in college these past few years would be shown on television but the artwork I had worked on in high school as well! This was a serious dream come true for me and one of the best things I have ever got the joy to experience in my life. I love that I was able to reach such a mass audience, it was surreal for me.
An editor for Computer Graphics World Magazine requested an interview with me to answer a few questions about social media and the way it has an effect on our industry and connecting with others!
It was an honor to be a part of the magazine and to discuss my opinion and experience. It was an amazing experience and unbelievably cool to see my interview printed in the magazine. I hope that my insights were informative and helpful for those who read it.
